Combined with over 14 years experience and classic training in French Cuisine, he is considered one of the Valley's top chefs with an overall sensitivity toward mingling culture and ingredients.

Chef Moore's signature menu offers luscious dishes such as Tuna Tartare in Wasabi Leaves, Gingered Crab Moons, Pan roasted Manila Clams with New Zealand Green Lip Mussels, and Barbeque Duck Breast with Mango and Black Bean Sauce along with a bounty of more traditional and fusion dishes.
