General Information
Menu Selection
To assure that your menu selections can be made available, please
submit them at least four weeks in advance. Custom menus should
be discussed directly with your catering representative.
Food and Beverage Service
It is our policy that liquor cannot be brought onto the property
from outside sources. Additionally, the restaurant does not allow
food to be brought onto the property, whether purchased or catered
from outside sources.
Deposits/Contracts
An initial deposit of $500.00 (this deposit will be applied to your
balance) will be due with your signed contract, which will outline
your payment schedule. Full payment of your estimated balance is
due seven business days prior to your event. A credit card authorization
form is required to be on file to guarantee any additional charges
incurred.
Service Charges
A 20% service charge is added to all food and beverage charges.
Current Arizona state sales tax is added to the total.
Sales Tax
The total bill which includes; Food and Beverage, Service Charge,
Ceremony Fees, Room Rental and Labor Fees are subject to Arizona
state tax.
Minimum Attendance & Fees
For all meal functions, a minimum of 25 guests is required. If this
minimum is not met, a surcharge will be applied. Please contact
your catering representative for more information
Guarantee Policy
A minimum attendance guarantee must be received before noon three
business days prior to your event. The guarantee is the minimum
number for which you will be charged. If your attendance exceeds
the guarantee, billing will be for the actual number of guests in
attendance. The restaurant will be prepared to serve 5% over your
guaranteed figure. Increases in guaranteed attendance are accepted
up to 24 hours prior to your event.
Availability
All dates and locations are subject to availability and management
approval.
We will be happy to secure a venue for your event with a contract
and deposit.
Contracted Services
We will be happy to assist you with the ordering of your floral,
décor and entertainment needs.
Ice Carvings
Ice Carvings are available through Orchid Fine China Bistro. Pricing
varies based on request.
Audio Visual Equipment
Arrangements for the rental of audiovisual equipment must be made
at least 72 hours prior to your function.
Parking
Complimentary self-parking is available for your guests.
Should you choose to have valet services an additional fee will
be assessed.
Guest Accommodations
Ask us about preferred rates for you and your guests at our neighboring
hotels and resorts.
